Cookies and local storage

Kapta and this website
The Kapta privacy and cookies policy (Portuguese) describes the company website. The CropPlan storage information below applies specifically to this website and app. CropPlan has its own optional analytics settings, described below; marketing and embedded-video tools described for the Kapta website are not installed here.
What this website uses
The website can use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and understand which guides are useful. It is disabled until a measurement ID is configured, and the Google script only loads after you accept analytics. Declining does not affect access. Advertising consent remains denied. Search and the calculator work in your browser. Use “Cookie preferences” in the footer to change your choice at any time. Withdrawing consent stops measurement, clears this integration’s analytics cookies and reloads the page.
Analytics storage
We remember your analytics choice in local storage (cropplan:analytics-consent:v1) for up to 180 days. This preference is necessary to respect your choice. If accepted and configured, Google Analytics may set _ga and _ga_ cookies; this integration configures a 60-day cookie lifetime. It measures the public website, not the signed-in app. Query strings and URL fragments are removed from the page location and referrer supplied to Analytics.
Storage used by the app
- cropplan:auth: authentication token and account status, retained until sign-out or browser deletion; the server can expire the session.
- cropplan:acct:<id>: plans and settings stored separately per account; retained after sign-out, removed by account deletion on this device or clearing browser data.
- cropplan:sync:<id>: sync revision and pending-change status.
- cropplan:v2 / quinta-app: legacy local data retained for migration.
- cropplan:tourSeen: remembers the tutorial choice.
- Cache Storage / service worker: app files and fonts for offline use; refreshed as versions change.
Third parties and controls
Stripe Checkout and the customer portal open on Stripe and may use their own cookies. Google Fonts receives technical requests from the app. Your browser lets you clear site data or block storage. Clearing it can permanently remove unsynchronised or free-account plans; export a backup first. See the privacy policy for providers and rights.
