Delete your
CropPlan account.
You can delete your account and its online data at any time, in the app or by email.
In the app (Android or web)
- Open CropPlan and sign in.
- Go to Settings, then the account card.
- Tap Delete account and confirm with your password.
The account is deleted straight away. An active Pro subscription is cancelled at the same time.
By email
Write to help@cropplan.app from the email address of your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We may ask you to confirm the request, and we delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your account (name, email, password hash and sessions), the plans, crops and settings synced to your account, and your published customer catalogue.
What is kept
Plans saved only on a device stay on that device until you clear the app's data or uninstall it. Payment records held by Stripe and records we must keep for legal, tax or dispute purposes are kept for the period the law requires. See the privacy policy for log retention.
